The Hymnals Platform ships to customers in any country. This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Within Nigeria: 3 to 7 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times can vary because of the carrier, customs checks, weather or public holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. The final shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us, and the buyer is responsible for paying them.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, we email a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we can resend it once the new shipping cost is paid.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and, for damage, clear photos. We will work with you to resend the item or issue a refund.
