We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Hymnals Platform. If you are not, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom, personalised or made-to-order items, unless they arrive faulty
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery
How to start a return
- Email olabode.ogunfuye@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back with your order number included in the parcel.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers pay the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, return the original item and place a new order.
